We purchased a small plunge pool from them and it looks great, is beautiful and is fun to use. The customer service provided by the company was outstanding. Let me start off by saying that working with Johnna was a tremendous plus. We must have talked several time prior to the purchase and after the purchase. She has been the best sales person you could ever want. A few ways to describe her are: professional / she knows her products / helpful / friendly / goes above and beyond the call of duty / teacher - has helped me set up the tub and always takes my calls if I need help / and now a friend. As far as the Wellis spa goes - it is awesome. I purchased the one with lights / sound system / and many jets. I am in the tub every chance I get. We also purchased an XO grill and it gets an A+ rating. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for a hot tub / grill / pool / patio stuff. Thanks Johnna.
